Through various processing methods, elastic rubber becomes a malleable plastic. After adding various additives to make semi-finished products, through vulcanization, plastic semi-finished products become tool rubber products with high elasticity and good physical and mechanical properties.
Rubber production: It is a flexible, insulating, impermeable, and impermeable material made from latex extracted from rubber trees, rubber grass, and other plants. Highly elastic polymer. It is divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is made from rubber and extracted and processed from plants such as chewing gum and rubber grass. Synthetic rubber is obtained through the polymerization of various monomers. Rubber products are widely used in various aspects of industry or life.
The process of rubber processing: includes basic processes such as plasticization, mixing, rolling or extrusion, molding, and vulcanization. Each process has different requirements for the product and coordinates many auxiliary operations separately. The first step in adding various mixtures to rubber is to plasticize the raw rubber to increase its plasticity. Then mix carbon black and various rubber additives evenly with the rubber to form a rubber mixture. Rubber is extruded into a certain shape of the billet. Glue or glue woven textile materials (or combined with metal materials) to form semi-finished products; Finally, after vulcanization, the plastic semi-finished product is made into a highly elastic final product.
